How to make “Masala Pappad”

Ingredients — 1 pappad, 1 slice of tomato, 1 slice of onion, pinch of red chilli powder, chopped coriander, cooking oil

Steps —

  1. Pour cooking oil in a pan. Heat it up.
  2. Put the pappad in it and fry until its golden in color. This usually takes ~30 seconds.
  3. Chop the slices of tomato and onion and put it on pappad
  4. Sprinkle a pinch of red chilli powder and chopped coriander on it to garnish.

That’s it! And then charge your customers Rs. 99/- for it. Wait… WHAT?
